AI-drafted replies. You stay in control.
One click drafts a professional, empathetic reply to any review. You edit it, you send it. Works for private feedback, Google reviews, and apology/discount emails.
How it works
- 1. Open the review. Click any review in your dashboard.
- 2. Click Generate reply. A draft appears in seconds. The model uses the rating, the comment, your business name, type, and templates.
- 3. Edit if you want. The draft is editable. Tweak a phrase, change tone, or use it as-is.
- 4. Send. Send via email to the customer (private feedback) or publish to Google (when connected).
Why owners use it
- Speed. A reply in 10 seconds, not 10 minutes. Even at 2am.
- Consistency. Every reply sounds professional, even on a bad day.
- Empathy by default. The model is tuned to acknowledge the customer's experience before defending or correcting.
- Edits welcome. Customise any sentence — the AI is a starting point, not a finished product.
Monthly limits
Reply slots are a shared pool across AI drafts, manual replies, and template sends — including replies to your Google reviews. The quota is enforced per location and resets every month on your billing anniversary — the same day of the month your business started.
- Free: 20 replies / month
- Starter ($9): 50 replies / month
- Pro ($29): 500 replies / month
- Pro Max ($99): 2,000 replies / month
Common questions
What counts toward my monthly reply limit?
Every outbound reply counts: AI-generated replies, manually written replies, and template-based replies. Replies to Google reviews share the same pool. The limit is per location and resets every month on your billing anniversary — the same day of the month your business started. For example, a business created on the 16th resets its quota on the 16th of each month.
What is a customer scan?
A customer scan is a single submission of the review form by a customer. Loading the page does not count; submitting a rating does. On the Free plan you get 50 scan submissions per month — counted on the same monthly cycle as your reply quota, resetting on your billing anniversary day. Paid plans are unlimited.
What AI does Starvo use for replies?
Starvo uses Groq-hosted models for fast, low-cost generation. Replies are produced server-side using the review text, the customer’s rating, and your business type — never your private data outside that prompt.
Can I edit the AI reply before sending?
Yes. The AI draft appears in a text box and you can edit any line before sending it to the customer or posting it as a Google reply. Most owners send drafts after a 10-second review.
Are AI replies marked as AI?
No — the reply goes out as your business, the same as if you typed it. The AI is a drafting assistant, not a public-facing bot. You stay in control and edit anything before it’s sent.
