The five-step setup

  1. Step 1. Create your account. Sign up at /auth with your email. No credit card needed for the Free plan.
  2. Step 2. Add your business. Enter your business name, type (restaurant, café, hotel, salon, gym, clinic, or other), and your Google review URL.
  3. Step 3. Download your QR code. A unique QR is generated for your location. Download the printable PDF from the dashboard.
  4. Step 4. Place the QR. Put it on receipts, table tents, the bill folder, near checkout, or anywhere the customer sees it as they leave.
  5. Step 5. Watch feedback land. Happy customers go to Google; unhappy ones show up in your dashboard with an email alert.
